FAQ

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been placed and the item shipped, you will be provided with the carrier's tracking number so that you can track your order.

What are your delivery options?

All orders, both domestic and international are shipped either FedEx or UPS Fully Insured 2-Day Delivery.

Return Policy

We have a 60-day return policy.  You may return your product for any reason. After 60 days, no refunds or exchanges are able to be provided.

The returned item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and must also be in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for any return.

The following situations are ineligible for return or refund regardless of the time since purchase:

  • An item not in original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item returned more than 60 days post-delivery

  • Any customized item

  • Sale or discounted items

 

Refund Policy

All returns received are inspected before any refund can be issued. We will notify you by email once we have received your returned item. You will be notified again through email whether your return has been approved or rejected, and if rejected, we will provide you with the reason for the rejection of your return.


Approved refunds will be refunded back to the original payment method.  For bank wire transactions, a check will be issued within 7 business days after the return approval. Any credit card transactions will automatically be applied to your credit card within 7 business days of approval.  It may take longer for the credit to appear on your account depending on your financial institution.


Gifts - Refunds on gift purchases will be through a store credit only.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a manufacturing or production defect. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
